The Fibre cable got damaged that leads to the unit , I just want to know how long it takes to be repaired, can it take longer than a week to be repaired or I’m I just impatient ?

It may take just a week. Your ISP needs to log it with the FNO, which will qoute you first for repairs before sending out a technician.
