Fibre for small farm

Can anyone recommend any small to medium size contractors that could assist with fibre runs on a farm. Trenching can be done beforehand, but need to find someone who can do runs of x distance, splice and all the rest?

Often these jobs seem to small for the big guys and the small guys don't seem to know what needs to be done.
