Fibre in Hillcrest, KZN - Down during loadshedding

Calls have been logged with Openserve and we are getting notifications from ISP's, but no one is giving answers on the issue. Since Friday last week (26-05-2023), when loadshedding kicks in, the Fibre network in Hillcrest, KZN and surrounds goes down. The battery backup doesn't seem to be working.

@AfriGuy do you have any insight into what is going on? Or when it will be fixed? Are Openserve going to upgrade the batteries?

Its seriously affecting Work from home individuals.

My Afrihost Fibre has been down (also during loadshedding) but for three days now. Keep getting told it's an openseve probelem
 
Was told that Openserve have not updated their back-up battery charging times in accordance with the new load shedding schedule , hence the outages!.

Not sure about this info though
