Fibre in Moreleta Park

The openserve guy showed up but he needs to send the "RAPID" team to do the wire installation before he can do the splicing.
It is obviously a trickier installation than one person can do.
Any idea how long these guys take to show up, he said a week or so?
 
So finally got my router yesterday and connected last night - brilliant... Definitely enjoying the higher speeds.
 
Does anyone have any escalation paths or email addresses for OpenServe, still no fibre in the Plumbago complex all though it was promised to be in by now from OpenServe.
