I don't see any notice yet but I will ask Frogfoot noc for feedback.
There's apparently guys digging up fibre close to the corner of Jax restaurant in Umtentweni. Someone in the WhatsApp group stopped and asked and they said they are installing fibre. No marked vehicles. Suspicious there's already fibre and there was no break there. Maybe check if it FF. Else thieves stealing cables. They are still there btw.
Openserve is busy with fibre rollout in the area. It could one of Nokia's subcontractors busy with the fibre. It shouldn't affect Frogfoot fibre though.
I'm still waiting for feedback from Frogfoot on the issue.
Main NLD went down at 12pm today. Second impact at just before 4pm. Outage confirmed waiting for refernce to be logged. I will update once I receive the outage reference.

Yes for the South Coast there are 2 NLD's
1. Main NLD between Port Shepstone to Durban
2. Second path between Port Shepstone > Kokstad > Mount Frere and back to PMB.
Main NLD is still down due to extensive damage. Second NLD was restored after a break between Kokstad and Mount Frere.
