Wanted to ask because I was in Tweni yesterday with the gf and they were still up.Seems to be Margate side still good here and weren't affected yesterday either.
Had Openserve here Monday morning because all the lines were dead and the tech confirmed they will be coming here so I'll just have to wait. No plan B for me yet.
None so far@ronnie_94 any outages with Openserve yet?
It’s pretty quick, they did my installation the next day after ordering.Just had openserve contractors on site installing the atb box (Uvongo area)
How long will it take to get openserve out to install the ont and router?
Is the process automated or do I need to chase them up?
Welcome to the light side, I hope it is as stable as mine. Have had no downtime at all so far so im super happy.Margate Area went live around Friday last week on the openserve coverage map. Had already booked a pre-order about two weeks earlier. They phoned on Sunday morning to book the installation. Installation happened yesterday and took them about 4 hours. Very happy so far and runs at the correct speed (Have the 50mb download and 25mb upload) for now.
