Fibre in Ramsgate

Im thinking of going with them, well its one of the ISP, purely for the online presence here. I've also heard a lot of good things about LinkConnect in Uvongo. But yeah, I need to cancel RSAWeb first, its been down since yesterday 4:30. Last night they posted, that the support has stopped working due to bad weather ?! I just hope the wind doesn't blow in the wrong direction, might force them to down tools for a week
Link Connect only offers FF although, so if Openserve does eventually come to your area you would need to switch again.

I spoke to Afrihost and there's not even a plan or future plan for open serve where I am in bass road. Currently I would try anyone just so that I can work and my kids can continue with school. The Telkom LTE router helps till load shedding, cause the telkom tower only lasts for a couple of minutes during load shedding

I see there is currently no plans for your road, I would suggest capturing interest on their website. Problem is no matter which ISP you choose if FF goes down like it has been you still going to be stuck with that.

Yeah I've logged interest on their website. Oh yeah you are telling me. I've now been with frogfoot and rsaweb for 4 weeks, and not a single week has gone by without issues. So I'm just trying to limit the areas that can give issues. RSAWeb has no presence in Durban, They are in Joburg and in CPT. So all traffic with them is routed to JHB from here, and when that goes down it goes down big. The current outage is sitting on 16 hours. FF/LinkConnect/VOX have a presence here. But yeah Afrihost is currently giving the best support

But the win would be openserve.....lol never thought I'd say that

Vox is FF and I've been with them and will never ever touch them again.

Afrihost presence is unmatched with nobody else as active from what I've seen here.

/Still waiting for Openserve.

Anyone in the Margate area that is with Openserve that can do a speedtest for me to Durban and Johannesburg?

FYI.

MetroFibre is making its way down the south coast slowly.

Some areas in Port Shepstone can now choose between Frogfoot, Openserve and MetroFibre.

Kindly provide us with your details via DM so we can urgently assist you.
