Fibre in Ramsgate

The fault is still open for investigation and there is no feedback yet. We have requested feedback from Openserve but haven't received feedback yet. The network freeze and a bunch of public holidays have slowed this fault right down. Congestion faults do not get the same priority as network outages for example.

Openserve is running tests on the Backhaul for slow speed on Empanjati GPON ISAM 01 between 6 pm to 10 pm daily.

Did they finally respond to the logged fault? Or not yet?
It's also the 40-50 ping to durban which is crazy from the normal 5 ping and packet loss.
Not just the slow speeds.
Because nothings changed since 10.12.2022 the issue is still on going.

I honestly think that something will only be done on the 9th of january or later.
Once Openserve specialists return to work.
