Frogfoot has completed the changes on their end, we are working on matching our clients profiles with the allocated line speed from FF.

A friend on FF and AH contacted me this morning. He is being forced to reactivate the fiber line again. is this to do with the upgrades going wrong? It keeps opening multiple afrihost tabs and asking him to activate the line. is this normal? What should he do?
He/she can just activate again unless it keeps asking then AH could be having issues with their authentication servers.
EDIT: The main support thread also has people asking the same question so AH was probably having issues.
