I have been looking into getting fibre into our new flat. Since it's a rental, and I'm not sure if we will stay 12, or even 6 months, the general cost of the connection is important. I did find it extremely tedious to navigate through all the ISPs cancellation and clawback policies.
Does anyone have experience with this topic? It seems to be that Afrihost has the most humane policy. From what I could find they only charge a flat R999 when one cancells before 6 months of service. I am a little weary... there's probably additional clawback in the fine print, but I couldn't find it in their website or T&Cs.
