Good day to all.
Can someone please explain to me how fibre installation work because I'm baffled. Last December/January Openserve dug holes and layed the cables outside our complex and surrounding area. That is the only thing they have done up until today. They haven't returned to finish the installation. When will they return? Their website continues to say we are covered for future fibre. The ISPs also has no answers for me.
If someone could explain this to me that would be kind.
