Hi guys. I stay in Tyger Falls, Bellville. Dark Fibre Africa has been installing fibre through the entire area as well as past my apartment block, Vue De La Rive. We received a notification that DFA will today bring the fibre from the sidewalk into the building.
My question is, what happens now? Do they bring it into the basement and then I still have to get it to my apartment? Who should I call to get fibre? If I now call for example Cool Ideas, can I just apply for fibre through DFA or will another fibre installer, such as frogfoot or vumatel still have to do the connection between the basement and my apartment which will then be my 'fibre provider'?
