A newbie question here. I am signing up for Cool Ideas, I know they are based in Johannedburg but I am located in Cape Town.

Will this effect my internet speeds, as I plan to teach English online to students in China.

Any feedback on this will be most appreciated.

Cool ideas is a great ISP and have great feedback on here.
It doesn't matter where they are located, your speeds wont be affected by it. You get what you pay for.
