Is it the whole Secunda?

I happened to stumble upon fibre and what it has to offer, I wasnt fortunate enough to see the 4k demonstration (where was this). Im a platform gamer, a streamer (in not out) and a downloader, FIBRE seems to be perfect for my needs, hopefully this allows a goal of being a twitch or youtube streamer realised. I've indicated an interest in the 20 gigabit line package. Currently I have a 10mb adsl package with Mweb (actually telkom). Its an uncapped Adsl plan, but with a throttle ceiling of 250gb and i pay R899 with line rental. 10mb/s speed paid for but it syncs at 5.6mb dl and less than 1mb/s ul if im lucky, and in noordrand/x22 because of its distance to the exchange (next to Secunda High school), my prefered area speed is 2mb/s if im the only user in the area, so i persisted in forcing the exchange to kick out as much mb speed as possible with an telkom technician telling me that the SID was failing every 15 seconds more than 200 times a day. I pleaded for an improvement from both service providers and they said they pulling a line from Standerton.....
123net is actually a God send to an area that has the second highest bandwidth usage in Mpumalanga, 2nd only to Nelspruit, If telkom or mweb or afrihost or whoever dont look after their clientele. Then they are responsible for pushing us towards 123net and for that to date it seems we need to thank them for that
You might want to look at the 8Mbps line rental option that Telkom just released until 123net/other provider rolls out.
I am on their web****e now and I don't see it.

they most likely haven't updated their site.
I don't think it would reflect on their site as it's a reseller product. They released it nearly a month ago, they most likely haven't updated their site. WebAfrica/Afrihost already updated their bundles to reflect it.

Right, but if they have a reseller product before the resellers some will run to the competition commission again. So I don't expect them to have it yet.Telkom retail is not the same as wholesale. They are two different companies.
Seconded!#SOEXCITEDIAMSTRUGGLINGNOTTOCRAPMYPANTS
Can we get an update already!
What is the confirmed date and place of the first trench to be dug? C'mon man, hook a brother up with that visual cocaine!
Just keep it in your pants D:#SOEXCITEDIAMSTRUGGLINGNOTTOCRAPMYPANTS
Operators are standing by for your call... < Flashy yellow textYou guys should expect a phone call during this week or next week
I have spotted some trenching as well as cabling in town.
Hehe.. good morning to all you excited Secunda residents!
Digging has been slightly delayed due to the municipality dragging their heels with necessary wayleaves, but our team is constantly on their case, making it happen as soon as possible. We will not lose any time, however, because in the meantime we will be starting the house installations. You guys should expect a phone call during this week or next week to arrange appointments. We will be installing the network box in your house, and will run fibre out to the street, waiting for the trenching to reach you.
We will be sending another newsletter to all Secunda signups, with details of agreement proposals & contracts. A lot is happening this week! Just a little more patience guys, we're nearly there![]()
I just noticed the "Service Request Form Received!" email that 123Net sent me when I signed up, has an error in my address.
The house number is lacking a digit. Will you still be able to contact me on my cell phone?![]()
