Fibre Speed

Applied to upgrade my speed from 10 megs to 100megs but webafrica say its not available.

I am in the Plumstead area.

Any suggestions.

Who is the fibre provider?

Yep on 10 and wanting to upgrade to 100.
Openserve is the provider.
I am using adjective.

They say that the openserve system says it's not available.
