Fibre to home

So in my area our house is literally the only property that is not covered for fibre. The estate / complexes bordering our right wall has fibre, the house bordering the back wall has fibre and the business park bordering our left wall has fibre.

How do i get someone to trench or lay fibre to our house? Ive tried contacting openserv (how has the contract for the area) but i never get any response or feedback!

Depending on the upstream provider. If your neighbor has coverage then you can apply with their address and give the technician your addr once they come out to install. (IF THE UPSTREAM PROVIDER IS OPENSERVE)
