Some background: My in-laws are with Vodacom Fibre in Verwoerdpark, but their customer service has been so bad we are looking to cancel and move to Metrofibre. The problem we are experiencing is that it seems like the people at the call centres do not understand how their system works, and it takes 3 day before a ticket is even looked at. I used to know a lady who worked there but she she quit so now there is no other way of escalation except Hellopeter, and that is not bearing any fruit.
My question is: What is your experience with Metrofibre, will moving be going from bad to worse or would you recommend doing so?
