Another problem is if you're going to be spending time in jail, I would imagine snitching on the guards/police won't make your stay any more pleasurable.
 
I find it disgusting that rapists, murderers and generally voilent arses get put in a cell with hackers, fraudsters and other people who obviously don't stand a chance of looking after themselves when surrounded by such trash. Not only does it make the second groups sentence worse than death in my eyes, but it makes the first groups stay like going to a resort where they give you free meals, and provide people for you to humiliate, beat and rape, daily. Im sure they are all having the time of their lives. Personally Id sell everything I own to pay people on the inside to have them killed and have their hearts eaten out. Yes this happens all the time.
 
Weird Q, but can this dude now sue the state for big bucks?

That is weird. But seeing that he is being pumped full of anti-retrovirals, I think rape is a more suitable word.
 
Unfortunately, all these problems that have been mentioned are likely to remain problems. Nothing is going to be done about them. Yes, im concerned, but what am I going to do? It is a defeatist attitude, but I find it difficult to muster a better response. We are all merely agreeing that these happenings need to be stopped, but only collective action will show results. Everyone sits tight about the levels of crime. What are we actually doing to improve the situation, besides attempting to be more vigilant with regards to our own safety? When are we all going to march down to the ANC headquarters as a mob and use force? Because that is the only way I can see the situation improving in any measurable form. How can the government be afraid when they are guarded?

No matter what Brown did, no person deserves this. I see a huge law suite and claim coming against the minister. Truly disturbing when the police who are susposed to protect us let this kind of thing happen.

BTW, this happens conviniently as he is trying to motivate why he should be given bail. Which if it would happen, he would flee and join his wife and kids overseas, IMO.
 
While the fact that he was raped is hardly something to be joked about, I would not wish that on anyone (Except rapists and child molesters)

Does anyone know what type of vehicle he was in when the incident took place, I know the say van but they could either be referring to a normal patrol van or a canter prisoner transport truck?

If it was a patrol van then the officers should be investigated as they would have been able to hear or see something, but if it was a canter then it would have been extremely unlikely that they would notice anything as there is no way to see into the back.
 
He deserved it. He wasnt raped, he was felt up i bet. The old people who eats dogfood coz this asswipe wanted a ferrari ( extra ) will sure agree that he got his just desserts.
 
Why feel sorry, cos he is a white guy. Oh no, oh no no no no. He stole from thousands of people. What about all those people that lost everything, people that have no money in their retirement. Sorry this douch bag got what he deserved.
 
Don't be so blinkered. This sort of thing is not acceptable no matter who is the victim or what they have done.

We have laws to deal with people who break them, this sort of thing has no place in civil society and its quite sad to see so many people condoning it.
