Yes its easy. It should just be a cable from the router WAN port into your fibre endpoint.
You haven't said which fibre provider you are with so there might be additional steps but support should be able to help you if you are stuck.

I am in vuma coverage,I just worried about how to activate, how to setup. Do u guys have any issues when u plunged in?

Besides the physical install of the fibre line, outside junction box and inside CPE, I did the install myself using my own fibre WiFi router. It should be as simple as plug and play once you have confirmed the line is active and have opened an account with Cool Ideas.

Sure, was told by vuma email, got object No.,and line is activated one week ago,my CPE box flashing blue light.thats all I know.

You should have a solid blue power light and a blinking orange FX light. Second orange/green (depends on LAN speed) blinking light once you plug in your network cable. Should be a simple plug-and-go if your router/gateway is set to WAN DHCP.

You should have a solid blue and FX light, if not let Vumatel know, alternatively if you have signed up with us already let our support guys know and they will log it for you.

Yes I have solid blue light and solid orange fx light, can’t wait for the router.

Not yet, just sent through the application form, and got a ticket ID
Connect need to know your line is ready, so you will get a reply with the process which includes letting them know the CPE is installed and ready.

So do so and they should courier your router today which you will receive tomorrow, and you should be good to go from there :).

Do they give you a CPE box for the self install or do you need one already?

You need one, that's part of the line installation part. Thing on Vumatel have changed as of 1 October, now you order your line via your ISP and not Vumatel directly.

Where can you buy one if you don't have one? The ISP that did our complex want just over R1K for it for each unit. I do have a little box with two little holes in it but no network or phone cable point that they put in each unit.

You can't just buy one the fibre provider needs to install it, who is the fibre provider that services your complex?

Metrofibre but they had one of the ISPs install the complex (termination points) so everyone signed up with the ISP which includes the R1K odd fee for the CPE and modem
