Why is this news?

To cater for people who don't like to be surprised. Imagine visiting fin24 and seeing a new site. How could I cope? Thankfully, i read it here first, so it prepared me .

regarding the new site:
The one thing I noticed is if you click on Currencies, it takes you to another page. I prefered the only style which showed the currencies on the same page within the iframe.

You took the words right out of my mouth. The only reason I visit the website is for currency conversion. It's stupid.

Fin24 will be able to report on the plummeting JSE and South African economy all in a new format. Since we're headed for the dreaded D word, a new style is fitting.

Continuing my typical, total lack of attention to detail, I did not even notice...I had to switch, to and fro, between the two shots of the old and new to pickup the difference - I must be as thick as two planks...
