Final IT Practical Tommorrow

uh-huh.
The OP is regarding Matric Final, and the files I uploaded are this years IEB Matric Final Prac Paper.
 
In your final theory exam (for programming at least) they will give you code that is supposed to do X but does Y and you have to correct it, or they will ask you to solve a problem in either pseudocode or in Delphi/Java/whatever.
They might also ask you questions relating directly related to programming, such as what access or mutator methods are and the likes.

Yes, but thats only 30 Marks of the 180.
They ask a lot of stupid questions, i'll scan and upload the theory paper sometime today so you people can have a look see:cool:

I know they ask a lot of stupid questions....
Whe I did my matric a few years ago they asked a LOT of stupid questions...
 
They usually give us this crap scenario and say something like "You were chosen as the best IT pupil in the School and it is your job to organize some bulls*** event blah blah" Argh:( Can't they at least be a little more creative

I never had such a question in my paper (seriously no complaints), but I did at least get the award for best IT mark... :p
 
I never really put a lot of effort into IT in high school, most I did was read through the theory the night before, got 85% end of matric for it so its not something to stress about IMO :)
 
Don't worry, I was at my practical at varsity a few weeks ago where our lecturer told us to close Visual Studios (what we program in) and some guy actually asked her what that was, I mean we have been using it for almost a year now....so if a guy like that can pass then you shouldn't have anything to worry about :)

Visual Studio is the only piece of software M$ ever got right and he doesn't know what it is?
 
I really don't know how that guy ever passed 1st semester or is even still considering doing something in IT
