yeah you are not going to be happy with the proof I provide, the claim number is sort of sufficient to cover most of those things

I don't know how you expect the insurance company to provide a representation confirming receipt of said letter, that's going to be an easy one to get through a call center.

Unfortunately my own correspondence I lost with an email spam, but I still have the claim number and a pic.

You are waging your bet on the suspicion that no one will be able to get the claim details. I have news for you. Couple of people on here actually work in insurance and can pull that claim history. So just give the insurer and the claim number and we'll settle it once and for all.

Stop jumping around the issue here. I saw the letter you're referring too a while ago. I can't recall who the insurer was. But I am willing to find the details of the claim (no matter which insurance company it was) and give the feedback accordingly. You have no reason to hide the facts other than being deceitful and/or lying.

so you want to lay down the 10k

ToxicBunny wants to complicate things, if you are happy with me supplying the claim number to confirm the 84k was paid as damages for said vehicle on stated date, then I would be happy to go ahead with the bet.

however I do require some sort of non disclosure agreement of sorts

Yea, he won't supply the claim number or the insurer as he's been caught AGAIN.

You guys are just wasting your time...

I will supply the claim number if you accept it as evidence.

However you need to put down 10k

You know as a fact that you saw the letter, and the letter had the claim number. I'm looking at the pic I pasted on this forum so I can state that with the greatest of confidence that that is the case.

If you believe otherwise, put down 10k

No the claim number actually isn't since that would entail private details which an insurance company will not give out to random members of the public.

You lost your correspondence with an email spam? Surely you know how absolutely retarded that sounds don't you?

Pitbull has come to our service, he will be able to confirm the details, so that settles that when it comes to the claim number, the ball is in your court

as for spam, yes the account was spammed, and the IT guy simply deleted it, you want an affidavit from the IT guy too?

No I'm not complicating things, I'm working within the letter of privacy laws etc... You have to provide the evidence as no insurance company will provide details to a random individual on a claim number. Period.

But you don't work, and now you have an IT guy?

Did you fire him immediately for being incompetent?

His wife threw the letter of settlement and his dog ate the gearbox.

But he can prove the claim.

My services come at a price. I offered to check it with a mate who's with Miway (You eluded to it not being MiWay). That is it. Don't draw me into your little game...

uhmm, I live in a building, with an IT guy, we work together on issues in the building since the other trustees are more clueless than me

at the time I was using the BC's email account (allocated to trustees), but then it started getting spammed frequently and then I abandoned it and he deleted it

*sigh*

well now there is a cost implication, which you failed to mention previously...

so whats the cost of this service?

That sounds familiar. Do you have the post he made with the letter? Maybe the claim number is on there. I seem to recall he removed the claim number for "privacy" reasons but I can be wrong.

you are always wrong LOL Mr Miway

Ahhh ok... Cool story bro...

Just in case the sarcasm is beyond you to grasp. You are talking a complete and utter load of horseshyte. You have no proof and the minute you are challenged to provide it you back peddle and duck and dive like a complete amateur and a 5 yr old would call you on your bollocks.

I have a claim number and a pic of the offer letter, and Pitbull offered his services, and then changed his mind

This is just getting funnier and funnier.

whats funny is your Miway recollection

also what you fail to mention is that the first time I posted that letter, you conceded whatever point you were making at the time
