What is that meant to prove?

its meant to prove that my medical aid claims for the month was just the check up after the accident

I will repost again if needs, I left some details in so I had to remove the pic.

You are on ignore. And I have full control on which posts I want to view and which not. You got caught you lying fool :D

Haha, same with me. He's on ignore since the property vs shares thing.

Ultimately proves nothing..... for all we know the claims weren't processed until a month or 2 later..
Or the claims were rejected or you never claimed...

Well now, that would also be a pertinent question to ask....

In a 3rd party claim if I was rear-ended.. chances are my laptop would be damaged and thats a R30k item on its own to replace...

so if I had a laptop in the car that costs 30k to replace and it was damaged in the accident, I could claim from dial direct 30k or replacement of the laptop in similar condition?

never claimed, but I claimed? which one is it?

how many more months must I post?

Who said you claimed from a medical aid other than you?

The desperation is strong now. Now I'm enjoying this thread for once :D

Edit: He was very reluctant to post the claim letter. Now that it's out he all of a sudden posts personal medical details with personal information on it out of the blue... :D The irony :D

well there has to be evidence of medical expenses, and since I'm covered by medical aid it would be logical to use the medical aid to get medical aid after an accident...

the suggestion by someone here is that I was in hospital, and thus claimed for personal injuries, which inflated the dial direct insurance payout, if that is really the case there should be some sort of paper trail, at the very least on my medical aid statement

I don't deny it would be logical, but since you claim you were prepared to go to high court over a bollocks R200k claim, you clearly don't apply logic like a right thinking human being

Look, all he is doing is trying to cloud the issue.

He clearly got damages for personal injury caused to him in an accident. It is irrelevant if he had a medical aid or not. Or whether part of it was for damages to car. He most probably "sued" the other party under personal liability provisions. That's just conjecture though.

What is very clear though, is that SaturnZ has been caught in a blatant lie.

It's made my frikken year already :)

once again making up facts

you do know the RAF exists for a reason right? and if I sued the other party, it doesn't explain the dial direct payout

Have you heard of Personal Liability cover? hmmm?

Why, can't you answer a simple yes or no question? Hmmm? Is it too taxing for the brain cell?

because the pic of the letter where I was offered 84k has been posted

the claim number is there, if you have new information to add then perhaps I'll consider what you have to say
