Says the ****face that we had loadshedding in 1983 which is a flat out lie. They should have asked him how long the loadshedding lasted in 1983.What a ****. When askes why it took so long to fill board vacancies, he said "let's not dwell on the past"
Stupid fkn politicians.

ANC not to blame for Eskom load shedding - Gordhan | The Citizen
Eskom decommissioning as much as 16GW of its coal-fired power stations immediately could lead to stage 15 load shedding.www.citizen.co.za
Gordhan also states that African National Congress (ANC) is not to blame and load shedding is not the party’s fault.
“In 1983 under a different government, we had load shedding which led to a decision to build several power stations which were eventually completed in the early 1990s, and are still problematic so not everything is the fault of the ANC.”
He said rolling blackouts stemmed back from the 1980s and the deliberate power cuts would continue for at least another nine to twelve months.
So it apartheids fault because the power stations build back then are a problem.![]()
I'll tapOh ..... you want to go there and drag up Eskom's past?

There was an EAF of 70 though don't think there was load shedding.Factually correct? Don't seem to see any history on this since most literature refer to 2007 as the first instance of load shedding.
I see you're skirting around the whole of my questions.I'm rereading his Architects of Poverty at the moment. It was written in 2009. In it he states that the reason for the malaise of the other sub Saharan countries economies was because they surrendered their SOE's to Western intersts. That was one of the reasons the ANC wasn't going to do it and look what happened. He just couldn't acknowledge corruption and looting in the ANC.
He was wrong on many points but facts like policy are known. He knew they weren't ready.
Careful his father was a writer, an architect and lived in poverty. His son is a tenderpreneur and his daughter wrote the BEE lawsI see you're skirting around the whole of my questions.

Lol! Not once did I say I was a trained rebreather diver. I said that I have had people in my dive groups on rebreathers. And you were a highly trained rebreather diver? I spoke to and checked up your "facts". My answer there is being prepared. Coming soon.

Next up - CD's grandfather on his 2nd cousin's gardener's best friend's side was John Scott Haldane.
Dive groups I have been a part of (and actually led as part of the DM training I didn't complete).Your dive groups? You're a supervisor? You stated you have been to Lanzarotte on a 100 metre rebreather dive. You need Trimix or Heliox for that. Unavailable for rebreathers in my day because of electronics required for the PO2. The max depth of non electronic rebreathers remains 6 metres.
But this is OT. Wait for my answer on the relevant thread Mr diving google expert.
What's with the snow flakery?Nope, you're just anti anything me. Read my post again. I answered.
Countersplain comrades arriving soon.Gfy Pravin you useless lying fscking twat.
And its getting annoying that journalists aren't calling these twats on their bullshyte right then and there.
What's with the snow flakery?
You waffled some irrelevance instead of answering where the policies the ANC started with in their ready to govern document come from if they had no policies. They also had RDP policy framework, GEAR under Mbeki (which isn't exactly original but it was their policy). Maybe read the document instead of just going around looking for sources that confirm your biases.
Countersplain comrades arriving soon.
