Started getting ads again on Youtube today with Microsoft Edge using AdGuard. Used to be really good but looks like a fix might not be so easy if I read the comments on adguard reddit.

Life is so much easier like this. No more messing around with browser switching and extensions and all the nonsense to get around it on your phone. It's the price of 4 coffees. Go on - spoil yourself.

The ads on YouTube have gotten out of control. More ads than actual content. And most of it irritating spam and scams. So, naturally I click each and every ad at least 3 times. This will cost the scammers more money.
