Find Cell number owner

Police -> court order -> take it from there

Next time do this :
Get a second account. Ask the seller to EFT the money into this account.
Once you receive confirmation, move the money from this account into your main account. That way if the seller decides to "reverse" the transaction, there will be no funds, and you can then show the bank proof of payment, agreement (done by email etc) so that the bank will decide in your favour.

Call him, when he's on the line....Stick a knife into your phone. It should come out the other side and sort him out. Have done this many times....The phone hasn't rung again after that...You can draw your own conclusions as to why that is
 
Don't take this lightly and neither should the police but high hopes of that.

Things like this have escalated to very very bad and sad situations.
