Fired for racist Facebook remarks

I honestly don't think her getting fired is going to help anyone, it's simply going to fuel her resentment.

I've been called by a derogatory term more than once, you would be surprised how calmly asking someone to refrain from using those words can help.

Ok, so what does this private matter have to do with her job?

How will firing her help?

Damages the company's reputation? Creates an uncomfortable work environment for her colleagues?

Think twice, speak once.

If black people are called k******, what are white people called in derogatory terms?

It is only derogatory if you are insecure enough to be all offended and start crying about what other people say regarding a random property of your appearance that you have no control over

What, the worm?

If that is what they mean, they can call me Mopani all day long. It wouldn't ruffle my feathers.

I choose by whom I can be offended.

If some random person calls me something that is not deserved ... I dismiss it easily.
