Firefox with new UI on debian

This might possibly be a very noob question:

I am running debian, but iceweasel still has the boring old UI compared to the windows version. I currently have v3.0.3 installed. I want the fancy fluffy UI

Ice Weasel is not firefox, it is port of firefox.

I have no idea what the latest release of weasel is based on, and if you can find that out you will be able to simply just go to the mozilla site, choose a version and then download the themes you want.

Have you tried the Debian forums and Google?
