First Person Shooters - Suggestions?

Okay, so been looking around for some new/medium age FPS games,
Firstly, does anybody know what these two are like, are they worth playing/buying?

Secondly, here is what i currently have, any other suggestions ?, (am not into Crysis or Bioshock )

Lost Planet suxors - i was highly disappointed with the game.

Stalker wuz cool - a bit RPGish but okay. Dunno what you have against Crysis.

Its 1.4 gigs big though, but its really worth it.

Lost Planet is a pretty good game if you dont excpect the most difficult or mind boggling game. Its a pretty straight forward and enjoyable game - Gameplay - is very well done and you have interesting elements to work with. Graphics is quite good not the best but not bad at all. Storyline doesnt spoil the game. Also check out metacritic.com to get a good overall for the game. Judge it by hat you read in the reviews - something that might spoil the game for you, might be the element that I want a game to have.

Played the AIX mod, its fun, but more fun against real players.

First of, why are you not into Crysis? Graphics are insane and the storyline isn't that bad either.

Splinter Cell Trilogy - (1st and 3rd person.)
Unreal Tournament 3
Condemned - Creepy, shocking and downright scary. Try it out.
