Fix packet loss = fix speed problems

I've had packet loss anywhere between 0% 25% and 50% on consecutive pings.... 8% sounds dandy. Ping times though are usually below 350ms or timed out.

Yay we now have a sun and wind theory. If the wind doesn't scramble the signal... the sun will burn it to ashes.
