Fixed LTE SIm not working

I have an Afrihost Cell-C LTE connection.

Last night with the Escom Saga I thought I was gonna be clever and put the sim into my Cell phone. The phone did no pick up the sim at all. Returned it to my router thinking nothing of it. When power turned back on I found that my router now also report no sim. So I either broke the sim or something but she aint working no more.

Now the question: do I have to contact Afrihost service to swap it and wait for it to get to me or can I simply go to a Cell C shop tomorrow to get a sim swap?

Try a factory reset on your router with the sim in.

Are your devices literally not detecting the sim as present? It could be damaged. Cell C cannot sim swap am. Afrihost sim. There is an option when you log into client zone to sim swap

If I place my Rain or Phone's Cell-C into the router it works hence I think da sim is damaged somehow.

Thanx on the update will log a sim swap in the console.
