I have recently been given an FLLA device by Telkom after they phoned and said that the copper lines in our suburb are going to be decommissioned, so either we take the FLLA phone or we end our subscription.
So we have got our device and the number has been transferred to the SIM card. All good and well.
Now, however, every time the device has been standing inactive for a few hours, when you try and call it, it goes to the message service.
I have already been wondering whether there is some setting on this device that causes it to go on standby and not take calls but I can't find anything on the phone. (Maybe I need to look again).
Anyone else had this? Maybe solved it? It's bloody annoying, because you can't phone home!
