Does anyone here use it? Or administer it?
Anyone ever heard of it at least?
In a nutshell...
I've been tasked to administer this at a company. Been figuring things out on my own for a week now, but I'm stuck now.
If any of you have ever used this before, would you recommend going to training?

In a nutshell...
The FlowCentric Process Suite is a Windows application that enables a business analyst to graphically design and customize business processes using a drag-and-drop interface, as well as to define any related information, such as roles and users, and configure site-specific settings.
The Process Suite communicates with the BPM Engine through XML Web Services exclusively (using the SOAP protocol) to store and retrieve the process information. This means that the Process Suite can connect to a FlowCentric site located anywhere within an intranet, or anywhere in the world if the site is published over the Internet.
