Just remember capitec charges a mint for debit orders, around R15 a pop, so do fnbs budget check acc. I kept my fnb smart cheque acc to run all my debt orders, also save the hassle of them and I keep the bulk of my funds in capitec for the awesome interest.
Could have sworn it was over R10 a pop? R3,20 isn't badCapitec is R3.20 a debit order. Add 40c if you have turned on sms updates.

I don't understand how the fee saver could be saving you more than 10k less debt in your bond?
R10k parked in access bond saves R77.50 in interest per month as bond rate is 9.3%
R10k parked in FNB cheque account gave the fee saver which saved about R150a month in bank fees.
Bank fees? What level cheque account is that? Bronze?
On the very entry level accs, could have sworn when I did the maths if I moved all my debt orders from the R89/m fnb all debt orders free acc to capitec the net bank charges would have been about the same either way.FNB is R16.

Can anyone confirm the charge per debt order on a capitec one acc?

Monthly account fee on platinum is around R40. Rest of the R150 towards transaction fees. Or, unlimited pricing option is around R140 and includes transaction fees and monthly feeThat's why I asked. Are you referring to transaction fees or the fees you are paying for the bank account?
