Who is finding the FNB App to have been such a game changer in banking and all of a sudden its gone from 10 stars to -1. 

The secure chat used to work like a bomb and now you get a response hours after the fact and/or you just get kicked out. Then I tried calling the bank and after spending ages on the call you are just kicked out.
What is happening or have they just gone the route of spectacularly poor service like every other bank out there. Is there anything I can do to bring their attention to the issue or am I just wasting my time.
