FNB Connect - tech support

Hi.

We acquired a company with it's main contact number, an FNB Connect phone number/sim. The reception of this sim has decreased to nul in our area over the last 2 weeks. I believe FNB Connect use Cell C. Other's sitting in the open plan area around me also use Cell C (not through FNB Connect) and have no such issues.

Anyone have a number for FNB Connect's tech support help desk because I believe 135 from the phone doesn't allow for a technical consultant/desk?

Did a sim swap at branch zero cost. They wanted me to pay R165 for delivery.

Stuck with one of these bogus contracts myself. Barely there reception most of the time and it doesn't roam when travelling.

The last time I looked for help, the support was done by an outfit called Digital Planet.
