Hmm something is odd.

I am right now pulling up to 9Mbps on my 6Mbps account! Not complaining, but thats unusual for this account

Same here it's actually over 10 Mbps at times for me, might end up being my main account if this keeps up.

First day back after Telkom randomly gave my line + adsl to someone else in the area. My FNB uncapped account is totally screwed. Latency was almost 200ms a few minutes ago and download rate at 400kbps +/-.

Telkom Internet account works 100% though.

Yip. Stopped using fnbconnect earlier this month. Was absolutely useless.

I hardly use the Connect account actually. It's very much a backup to Telkom and Vox

Interesting... I have a different approach.

I use FNB account as primary because my usage is Netflix, showmax and YouTube. And I don't really want to pay top dollar for these services if I don't have to. Very seldom do I have issues... And if I do, I switch to a backup account for a few days and then hop back. Also use my backup account to do my downloads in the graveyard shift so that goes at full speed on my 20mb line.

The current FNB Connect uncapped ADSL subscription discount will be discontinued as of 1 July 2016. However, we are offering two replacement alternatives to this service as well as a new rewards offering for one.

Oddly enough, my fnb account is still working on a friend's PC...
