Why fnb and cellc dont respond?

I am now having issues with activating imessage. And no it is not Apple at fault here, i tried a TM sim and it activated with that number immediately. However, when I try with my FNB sim it fails every time. Seems like its either blocking sending the text message or receiving the message for imessage activation.

So FNB Connect Flexi didn't mention anything in their price list or during signup that there will be the following fees:

ITEMISED BILL SUBSCRIPTION = R10
CLIP FEE = R6

They also debited me for R224 on 1 March when it should have been R101.

Not happy about this!
