FNB - eBucks

Hi forum,

About 5 years ago I got a credit card with FNB with one of the main purposes being the eBucks it could generate.

I used the credit card for all this time, and never really made any eBucks. I also had a home loan and didn't generate many eBucks.

Recently (last year), I followed up with FNB about this and they told me that I needed to activate eBucks on the credit card on the FNB app. They would not reimburse me for my lost eBucks because I hadn't physically activated the eBucks thing with the credit card on the app.

I still haven't found on the App where to activate the eBucks feature for my credit card.

Can anyone tell me how I can do this?

I didn't know I had to, the bank salesperson didn't mention it either. I thought it would be automatically activated.

Not sure their app is very bloated. Perhaps order an ebucks card.

Just activate it. If you didnt noticed it after a year, they wont worry to reimburse. Just jump on the program, and start spending money smartly

If you got some eBucks then it’s obviously active.

If you got no eBucks different story.

You just haven’t been playing the game and doing it the right way to actually make eBucks and just expected it all to happen by magic for no effort required.

You need to go to EBucks > Earn > Track my Rewards and play the game.

Go to ebucks.com, click the login button, and then select "join" to sign up.

Once you're registered, use the calculator on the eBucks website to check your current level. From there, work on reaching level 5. You can also follow the eBucks threads for helpful guides and tips on how to level up, maintain your status, and earn more eBucks.
