hey guys,

hoping someone here can help me.

For the last two months I have noticed that I am not getting my monthly points for being registered with InContact. Yet I am... This is really annoying me, as I should be on reward level 4, but I am now 500 points short (because of this incontact thing :( )

Am I missing something? Has something recently changed? I did recently get a credit card, but I have incontact on that as well, so Im not sure if there is something that I am supposed to be doing differently :/

Also, how long would a change like this take to reflect that I am on RL4?

Check if you perhaps changed the consent for FNB to market to you.

Be registered for inContact, update your contact details at least once in a 12 month period via Online Banking and allow FNB to tell you the latest deals by giving them consent to market to you.

i think this is what it is... I almost always deselect that option. Have been trying to find it in the online banking, but seem to be coming up short :( Any ideas where it would be? When I update my details there is no box to select this option... :/
