FNB online banking glitch

An issue with FNB's online banking platforms is preventing clients with access bonds from transferring funds out of their home loan accounts through the FNB app and website.

Clients have complained that the function to transfer funds out of their home loan accounts has been offline for more than a day, with no indication from the bank when the issue will be resolved.

Poor IT systems seems about right. Similar to the system error not too long ago with incorrect balances. Free money for some or lack of money for others

Me too, and there’s no alternative but to wait. Very bad service FNB

The glitch seems to have expanded and now Paypal is affected. Cannot transfer any Paypal payments via FNB. Seems to me the cause is simply unstable systems, bad coding and incompetent staff that are badly managed.
