Does anyone actually get decent service from these guys, and in a reasonable time?

I almost think that FNB may as well not even punt this as a service, as it's near useless. I've been chatting about about upgrading my credit card/cheque account for around 3 weeks now.

Its the one thing i miss about standard bank. Their premier services were really really good

But it takes 1 day to transfer from your cheque account to your own credit card

LOL at these overpriced premier services. I actually downgraded to normal Elite banking as I was getting nothing extra from the premier services.
