FNB Smartphone/Tablet Special

HI, anyone have a idea of their current supplies of the Note 2 grey? Courier company phoned me yesterday, saying they are awaiting stock from FNB and as soon as they get it, they will deliver the next day. Said 3to5 working days.
 
Anyone settled their current device and then taken up a 24 month deal on another device?

@rbjacobs on twitter said it is possible, but when I click on the smartphone option on internet banking, it says I have already taken up the offer....
 
Just to update the thread as the contact information is old and has changed.

FNB now use Digital Planet to distribute their smart devices. After you order from FNB, they send the confirmed order to Digital Planet and then DP process the order & dispatch the device to RAM couriers for delivery thereof.

DP contact details: 011 236 7800

Ask the operator to put you through to the department dealing with FNB smart device distribution.

Took 2 weeks for them to contact me after I phoned them twice. Apparently there's such high demand.

You have to settle first. And you pay full retail when you settle early...

I'm curious now. The order was completed telephonically. Now is it still possible to reject the contract considering I am yet to be contact by the courier and sign the papers? My FNB price plan has already been changed.

I have already settled and it was calculated at: full retail price when I took the offer up less installments paid.

I settled as my Tab 10.1 was stolen during a burglary and insurance paid out.
 
So what was the actual turnaround time for you guys? Im an antsypants kinda guy, i can never wait my turn in anything so yesterday I ordered my phone, and today I phoned OD and they have not yet recieved the order from FNB. I got this as a self birthday gift, lol well, my Fiance is sponsoring me but its on my account, and Id hope for it to be here before then at least (Which if they stick to the 10 to 15 working days they advised) it will be here on time, but she also said that its just a guideline and it might take longer.

So who got a phone in 2013 and what kind of delays might I expect?

got my confirmation sms,"Enginuity" will contact me, got a call and confirmed address, will be delivered no later than wednesday (Public Holiday?)

Anyway thursday it is I guess...

Anyone know whether you can port your number when taking a cellphone contract from FNB?
 
Asked for my address today :) Hopefully by the end of the week supposedly.
 
Yup, ordered on Saturday morning early. Not 100% sure, got an iPad on my account so it went through to my dad. He's not easily distracted while he's working. Just got an email from fnb asking for delivery address and details about the recipient (The whole copy of ID that must be presented on delivery) and that it should be completed this week..
 
Can you choose the service provider or how does it work on the R299/pm deal for the Samsung S4 work?
