Hi guys, hopefully someone here can help me:

So the story is this - I'm an FNB banking subscriber and have my email address registered on my banking profile in order to receive my monthly statements etc. Anyway, in addition to these they keeps sending me these "Special Deal" kind of emails and I'm getting really sick an tired of them! I've tried unsubscribing but that only seems to last a month or two until the next campaign starts and I'm included once again. I realise I could just use spam filters or whatever, but I'd prefer to solve the root of the problem.
So anyway, after a little poking around I found this page: http://emailer.fnbmailer.co.za/
One of the options says "Login to dashboard" so I'm hoping I may be able to deregister from this completely... but now the question is this: does anybody know what/where I can get login credentials for my profile? Obviously cant be my banking login (an too scared to try lol) and I didnt sign up for this in the first place so I definitely dont have them saved anywhere.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Yea I get those emails too! I live in dread of that one morning every month when I find that extra spam email in my inbox!

contact your mail service provider and request they blacklist that mailer. Ultimately that mailer will get blocked for all outgoing mail. Don't ever login, cos that could be phishing sites.

I dont think he is talking about the phishing emails.. He's talking about the mailer where they talk to you about phishing and promote some of their other products...
