Is anyone els having issues with entering their card details on Spotify.
A bit of back story, last year I used my FNB Gold debit card to sign up for spotify premium, everything was fine up untill this year where my card was comprimised and the card was cancelled. I got a new exact same card from FNB and it works just fine EXCEPT with spotify.
It keeps saying payment failed, both spotify and FNB have done everything under the sun to get it to work but it just wont. FNB is saying that Spotify isnt even atempting to send a request to verify the card. Now they are saying FNB or spotify may have removed "a feature" that worked for my previous card.
It just doesnt make sense as steam and google play work fine for this card, anyone else have this nonsesnse.
FNB is also telling me to get a personalised debit card which i think is BS as my previous one works just fine.
