The vodacon deal sucks: R379 pm, 100MB pm for 3 months, 20 weekend minutes pm.
I went with Cell C: R379 pm, 500MB pm for the full term. I'd only feel bad if I could buy 500MB prepaid data for R84 pm :D
 
Same here - placed online order on Monday last week. Would be crap if this thing isnt delivered before yr end.


Edit: Ok just got an email saying deal has been approved and delivery in 10days

Got notification from Brightpoint Distribution that my tab is on their side (20/12/2011)
Now just the wait for them to ship to me.. would be awesome if it arrived today for my XMas gift :P
 
Yea, I got my notification yesterday... uuuuhhhh, 3-5 working days delivery from JHB to DBN? Last time I checked it was 1hr by flight or 6hrs by road... the wait is killing me!!! I WANT MY GALAXY /sob

... what are the chances they deliver on saturday?....

The delivery time on these offers have been seriously pathetic. Got notified on wed by the couriers...it does not take 3 days to deliver an item in this country...the post office does it overnight!!

FNB need to pull up their socks. Their call centre make as if FNB the have no control over things...its your offer FNB...own it else you will just chase customers away!
 
Still waiting for this. I would not recommend buying through this channel. You will quickly learn why banks should stick to banking...

I am considering cancelling this order and just walking into a vodascum and doing a f2f deal.

I am pretty sure it is out of FNB's hands after they hand it over to the couriers - especially around Christmas time delays can get worst. Considering FNB didn't have a distribution channel for electronic devices before this whole operation, I think they handled it quite well (especially compared to the pathetic role-out of the iPhone 4S from Vodacom).

Have the device in my hands GT-P7500 10" Tablet (delivery delay was because of the holidays)

I ordered a samsung galaxy s2 ,but its taking way to long.Is there a way to cancel the order?
