Folder Sync and Cloud Backup Software

Now that Ubuntu One is being shut down, I have to find another folder synchronization solution to fill the gap.

My non-negotiable requirements include:

Cross-platform functionality for: Windows, Mac, Linux, Android
Being able to sync any folder on the computer, not just a specified folder with symlinks.
Cloud backup/storage of the sync'd folders.

Less stringent requirements include:
Capacity: not too much of an issue as its mostly documents, but course the more the merrier.
Open-source would be great but not necessary.

These requirements rule out Dropbox and the usual suspects. So far through a bit of googling, the options that may be viable include:

SpiderOak
CloudMe
TeamDrive

Does anyone have experience with any of the above products and could shed some light on their pros and cons? Or suggest other viable options?

I've signed up for SpiderOak, downloading the client to get started.. Wuala seems like a good option too.

Has anyone tried both of them or can comment on the differences/pros/cons between them?

Copy looks great too.

Seems like the best two options for me are Spideroak and Copy.

From what I can gather, the automatic backup feature of Spideroak is its advantage, and Copy's 15GB is its advantage.

Some reviews claim that Spideroak is more secure though from the brief read-through, they both seem to use 256 bit encryption during transfer and on while stored on the server, so is there much difference on that front?
