Folio NFO conversion

Okay, if anyone can help I'd be most grateful. I have an OLD database in a format called Folio NFO and I need to extract this to SQL - does anyone have the tools or knowhow to do this?

um, dang... I used to have a folio reader somewhere. Been ages now. Let me see if I can find it.

Unfortunately it is proprietary software, so you will have to either buy it or figure out how to "borrow" it from someone.
