What I would like to find out is how is this possible?
My Fiance went from Pre-Paid to Weekender, then near the end of the month decided to add on a 200 SMS bundle (R14.01 for March) and still got charged R46.49 for Marchs SMS's which is OK (Dunno how many SMS's she got for that R14.01 if any). Heres Where I have the problem. What I would like to know is why am I getting charged SMS Bundle Fee plus SMS - Domestic When I have paid for the bundle? And no we havent used close to 300 sms's. Would just like this explained. Tried phoning Vodacom and all I got was "the bill is correct you cant dispute it bye" without evening looking at the cell number or account. Please can you PM me and ill give you the cellphone number in question for the query. Was a bit dishearted to hear the vodacoms call center rep who wouldnt even give us the time of day to hear or explain it if it is correct.
