I thought I would post this hear to help others not fall into the same trap I did
Travelled to the UK late last year. Just before departing I purchased a Hello World Bundle from the MTN App.
When I got my itemized bill after returning I noticed large charges for roaming data.
After 3 weeks of back and forth with the support center (totally useless) they eventually admitted the bundles are only applicable to certain carriers and said its my fault for not checking the terms and conditions TCs on their website.
They dont specify this anywhere in the MTN app or at the least prioritize the correct providers from their side.
If anyone is travelling and purchases a data bundle make sure you manually select the operator yourself when landing or you will be in for a nasty surprise!
